If your device does not work, the first thing to check is that the DisplayLink device has been detected by Windows. This can be done by checking that the DisplayLink device appears in Windows device manager. To open device manager, follow the steps below: Right click on the Windows Start button; Select "Device Manager" from the Menu
Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter. Find and double-click the category of device whose driver you wish to uninstall (for example, the graphics card would be listed under Display Adapters). Right-click the device, and click Uninstall. Windows will prompt you to confirm the deviceās removal.
1) Confirm you have later than Version 1709 Which is the first version to support this. Check at Settings > System > About. 2) Update the Display driver from the PC or Display adapter maker's Support Downloads web page for your exact model number, HP Serial Number or Dell Service Tag - from the sticker on the PC.
Check Webcam Configuration in Windows 10 Settings. Make Sure the Webcam is Not Disabled Otherwise. Install or Update Webcam Drivers. Double-Check Connection Between the Webcam and the Computer. Check Webcam Settings in the App and Select the Necessary Device.
